Thank you for shopping with Darla’s Studio 66. We take pride in handcrafting each item we sell. Our goal is to make your shopping experience easy, transparent, and enjoyable. Below is our full shipping policy, including processing times, delivery estimates, and tracking information.


📦 Processing Times

All products are handmade to order in our Michigan workshop.

Typical processing time is:

  • 2–5 business days for crates, shelves, and smaller items

  • 3–7 business days for larger items such as turntable stands or multi-crate sets

During peak or holiday seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
If a delay is ever expected, we will notify you immediately.


🚚 Free Shipping

We offer FREE shipping on all U.S. orders — no minimum purchase required.

There are no additional shipping fees at checkout.


🚛 Shipping Methods

We ship orders through:

  • FedEx Home Delivery / Ground

  • UPS Ground

  • USPS Priority Mail (for smaller packages)

The best carrier is automatically selected based on package size, weight, and destination.


📍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states

  • Residential and commercial addresses

At this time, we do not ship internationally.


⏱ Estimated Transit Times

Once your order has shipped, typical transit times are:

  • FedEx/UPS: 2–6 business days

  • USPS: 2–4 business days

Please note: weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays may affect delivery.


🔍 Tracking Information

All shipments include tracking numbers.

As soon as your order ships, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking link. You can follow your package through the carrier’s website:

  • FedEx.com

  • UPS.com

  • USPS.com

If there are any tracking issues, we are happy to assist.


📦 Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can file a carrier claim and send a replacement.

If a package is lost in transit, we will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue quickly.
